EXCELLENTVerified An all in all excellent and recommended hotel! Nice, courteous staff, very clean rooms and the mattresses just mega soothing! The breakfast as a buffet versatile and also the premises top. Can and will I recommend, with a clear conscience. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay.. Our room, with a small veranda overlooking the colonnade, was impeccably clean, the bed was huge but very cosy and comfortable. We enjoyed the luxury of a bath (with shower facilities) and wallowed in the luxurious toiletries provided by the hotel.. The breakfast buffet was superb with a wide range of choices, all beautifully presented, that tasted delicious. We had dinner at the hotel in two occasions and once again could not fault it. Great menu and attentive service at a very reasonable price. So thank-you everyone at Hotel Romance.. we had a wonderful stay…Verified Excellent breakfast We stayed three nights at the Hotel Romance and felt right at home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we were ever offered in a hotel. It was more like brunch. We had booked half board and also the 2-course menu (either a starter or a dessert to the main course of your choice) was fresh and deliciously prepared. Half board guests always get a carafe of still water for dinner. We had reserved a deluxe room with balcony. The decor could be a bit more modern and the bathtub could be replaced by a shower, because the entrance was very high. Otherwise, the room was picobello clean. We had booked a parking space and it was located nearby in front of the bollards. All in all, we had a great stay in the center but still quiet hotel and will definitely come back.Verified We are recommending this nice hotel. The breakfast buffet was as on the hotel's website, rated by tens of other previous guests as well Excellent...! The offer ranged from sweet to sour and savory - there was certainly something for every taste... 2. Also, the always freshly ground and brewed coffee from the two vending machines was very tasty. Only with the big cups you had to try three times the button and the brewing process... Yes - complaining at the highest level... 3. The supper a la carte could also be enjoyed, with the black bottled beer (KOZEL) particularly mouthing to me. And the top was the grilled pork neck served on boards... Simply lace - purely visual as well as taste...! 4. Rounding off the evening menu were the two waiters (JAKUB & FRANKIE), who did their job very SERVICE - oriented and attentive. Idling was a foreign word for them, because they tried for all guests nevertheless very quickly and above all friendly...! Unlike other hotels, e.g. the HILTON in Dresden - here the entire ambience and the staff with their service quite rightly captivates with **** stars. The ROMANCE is also clearly ahead of the HILTON in Dresden in the price-performance comparison. 5. Unlike the **** stars of the HILTON Dresden, here was also a MINIBAR in our room. This was full of props and filled with all sorts of tempting things for all eventualities. At HILTON Dresden, this technical part was rather useless connected to electricity and a single bottle of the overpriced H20 was on the table in the room. A reorder by room service cost an exorbitant price for this service... 👎👎🤦♂️ The cleanliness and ambience should also be mentioned here. After breakfast - the entire room was again top... 6. Last but not least, the ladies in reception are mentioned here - all of whom explain everything politely, calmly and competently - and THIS also in GERMAN...! What did you not like? - Good the journey was a bit tricky and after we stood twice in front of the bollards at the small church despite Navi, it was a deep breath of relief at the third attempt to finally stand in front of the 3 bollards at the bridge below. They were then lowered after a short call to the hotel... - Good, it is complaining at the highest level, but the parking facilities in the city were within walking distance, but unfortunately no underground parking spaces. Good if you have an umbrella in your car during a downpour... - The recognizability/marking - was somewhat in need of renewal, i.e. the numbers on the bitumen should be renewed so that they can be seen better - especially in darkness. Or you can mark the respective parking spaces with signs of appropriate size and recognizability. That definitely shortens the somewhat lengthy search by the hotel guests. - And the "Reservation" of parking spaces, i.e. in my case, the parking space with the number 29 with the yellow temple, is almost useless and ineffective. Because even unauthorized parkers could simply fold the hanger over and stand on it. Then the searching hotel guest sees neither the No. 29 nor the temple...

I loved that the room had a proper desk, we were happy about the small sparkling wine in the minibar :) ☹ Slightly strange chemical smell in the reception area (but not in the room!), maybe because of cleaning products? There are nicer-/non-smelling products out there. I got used to it by the second day. Still, smell affects the mood on arrival, so that could be done better. Desta forma você tem de ter o telefone do hotel e ligar para eles abaixarem os cones. Infelizmente essa informação poderia ter sido comunicado por email previamente e evitaria dificuldades na chegada ao hotel. Após check in será informado para onde você levará o carro, no nosso caso morro acima até a rua atrás do hotel. O atendimento dos funcionários tanto no check in , check out e restaurante foi muito gentil, parabenizando a equipe. Ficamos num quarto muito espaçoso de frente no quarto andar com bom acesso por dois elevadores. Boa cama, travesseiros muito baixos, roupa de cama muito boa. Chaleira, frigobar. TV precisa atualização com aplicativos. Banheiro ok com boa climatização. Boa internet. Bom café da manhã especialmente no primeiro dia de nossa estadia (sábado) . No domingo estava muito movimentado e com menor oferta de alguns itens. O restaurante é muito bom.
